Informations to all our clients

• All activities are supervised by a guide.
• Shuttle service is available on demande. Please contact us for details .
• Reservations require a deposit of 35 percent of the total cost. If reservations are cancelled by guests with less than 10 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
• We offer morning and/or afternoon packages 7 days a week.
• Morning activities start at 8 :30 AM
  Afternoon activities start at 12 :30 PM
  Please arrive on time. We can’t wait for late comers with such a packed schedule.
• Please dress appropriately for the season ! For winter activities dress like you’re ready to cross country ski. We suggest wearing warm layers, comfortable winter boots, a tuque and warm mittens.
• No matter what the weather conditions, activities will go ahead as planned.
• For the dogsledding activities, participants must be at least 10 years of age and in good physical condition. Expect approximately 90 minutes of cardio activity (similar to cross country skiing)
• Dogsledding groups are limited to a maximum of eight people. Some exceptions may apply.
• We provide helmets for the snowmobile excursions. Please note our suggestions about dressing appropriately for winter activities.
• For snowmobile excursions we take groups of four to six people ( 2 to 3 drivers and 2 to 3 passengers)
